Warm Up: Burgener Warm Up and/or Official CrossFit Warm Up

Skill: Wall Ball Technique and Therapy followed by 2min Challenge

WOD:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

Cool Down: TPT IT Band and TPT Lower Leg Injuries
