Warm Up: Burgener Warm Up and/or Official CrossFit Warm Up

Skill: TPT Revision with focus on calves. Followed by Squat Snatch review.

WOD:

Do 100 Push Ups for time.

Rest 5min then do:

"Nancy"

Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
